Employee Referral Policy This policy is applicable to employees of Centelon Group of Companies (referred as “Centelon” hereafter in this document) for roles in Centelon Solutions across all the locations. Effective Date : 1 st Feb 2021 Objective To utilize the network of Centelon employees in identifying potential candidates and attracting the right talent Employees are required to refer candidate’s profiles who are qualified and competent from their own circle of friends, relatives, or Ex- colleagues. Eligibility: • All Employees and contractors are eligible for referral Bonus. • Recruiters in Bizessence are not eligible to receive referral bonus. • Directors, Senior Managers, Chapter Leads, Sub chapter Leads, and Management board or Centelon Group members are not Referral Amounts: All roles identified to be recruited will be classified as either Hot skill, Critical role or Normal role. • Only candidates whose resumes are sent to the following email ID: future@centelon.com shall be considered for the Employee Referral Program at Centelon. • Employee referral policy pay out advice will be made to payroll for the eligible referrers after the referred candidate has been employed at Centelon for a minimum of 180 days or completion of probation period, • Additionally, the referred candidate or the referrer should not be serving notice period at the time of disbursement of the referral bonus. That is, at the time of the pay-out, both the eligible referrer and • Referral bonuses pay out shall be as per the structure outlined below and the value shall be determined by the position for which the referred candidate was selected and not the employee who submitted the referral. Referral Amount for Drives Centelon from time to time might launch special drives that will be valid for a specified timeframe.
