Salary Advance Policy This policy is applicable to Centelon IT Solutions LLP, India (being referred as “Centelon” hereafter in this document) employees. It covers standard Eligibility Criteria and process to be followed while Effective Date: 1 st Feb 2019 For the scope of this document 1. Eligibility criteria 1.1. Employees who have completed one year of service in Centelon and are full-time permanent 1.2. The purpose for the advance must be genuine and verifiable in nature. 1.3. Must not have availed this benefit within last 12 months i.e., If an employee has already 1.4. Employee must formally agree on the repayment terms (maximum of 6 months) via monthly 2. Procedure: 2.1. Once the Reporting Manager agrees that a Salary advance is warranted, based on the definition of “Purpose” above, he/she should forward the request with his/ her recommendation to HR department. 2.3. Upon final review by HR, the request will be taken forward by the Finance /HR department 3. Eligibility Amount and Repayment: 3.1. The advance to be sanctioned will be based on management’s discretion but in no case will be more than the one month’s gross salary of the employee. 3.2. The details such as advance sanctioned, repayment period and the monthly deduction from 3.3. The reason for advance is subject to verification with valid documents/proofs for approval. 4. Repayment Procedure: 4.1. The advance will be repayable within a time period not exceeding 6 months in monthly 4.2. If, due to any reason, the employee fails to ensure the deduction for advance repayment in 4.3. The deduction of instalments from salary will start from the month subsequent to which the 4.4.
